Viodoro cooperatives produce only premium quality extra virgin olive oil, olives of various types and olive pate. Produced under strict quality control and ISO certification Greek extra virgin olive oil, especially the first class oil from Lakonia, is awarded as worlds best. Scientific studies have proved that extra virgin olive oil is an excellent supplier for healthy HDL cholesterol and completely free of unhealthy disease causing LDL cholesterol.

In Greece only an oil with acidity below 0,5% can carry the stamp of quality "extra virgin olive oil". Sensory tests have been made by the German olive oil panel and the Austrian institute for food analyses and quality control.

Viodoro Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from hand selected Koroneiki olives, which are immediately carefully processed. It is first cold pressing, pure, unblended and double filtered. (acidity 0,3%)

Viodoro premium quality oil got highest points for its neutral, fresh and fruity taste. Excellent for salads, vegetables, fish, seafood, dressings, dips, etc. It can also be heated up to 180°C and therefore be used for any kind of absolutely healthy cooking.
